The interest rates listed below are indicative. Individually agreed interest rates depend on the property, mortgage and creditworthiness.

We offer the following discounts on fixed-rate mortgages to Swiss Life customers who have chosen the Home Option in the Swiss Life FlexSave Uno/Duo savings insurance or have chosen the Option Complete in the Swiss Life Dynamic Elements Uno/Duo or Swiss Life Immo Elements Uno/Duo savings and risk insurance:

Maturity up to nine years: 0.05% p.a.
Maturity over ten years: 0.10% p.a.
Maximum mortgage discount: CHF 350 000

The green mortgage products cannot be combined with the preferential conditions of the Home Option or
Option Complete of a Swiss Life insurance contract.

Term 3 or 5 years

SARON mortgages can only be concluded in combination with a fixed-rate or
variable-rate mortgage, if the tranche amount is at least CHF 100 000 and the
share in SARON mortgages does not exceed 30% of the total loan amount.
